Go to your meeting settings after going to your account on zoom.us/signin.
Eight options down is Calendar Integration;
Enable this option and use your Office 365/Outlook credentials to connect your Zoom calendar events.
Then you will be able to see your Zoom Meetings in the app and simply click "Join" to join these meetings
