Press OK on your phone to get the IP address. It will look similar to this 192.168.XX.XXX

Enter that address in your web browser.

Login as admin/Mozilla87 or admin/admin.

You will then be redirected to a status page.

Click Account at the top.

Make sure the phone says Registered. If it does not, follow these Instructions to make sure it is.

If it is Registered, Choose the Advanced tab and Change the Local SIP Port to a number between 5060 - 5068.

Click Confirm and close.

**If the phone continues to give you problems, you may have to repeat and choose a different port.
