1. At the printer click on send and select the address book
  2. Select Add/Edit Address Book
  3. Select Add/Edit Address Book again
  4. Select your name and then click detail
  5. Select the e-mail tab and enter in your email address
  6. Save
  7. Back out to the main send page again
  8. Select Add/Edit Address Book
  9. Select Add/Edit One Touch Key
  10. Select an open one touch key and click on Add/Edit
  11. Select Change of Destination
  12. Find your email address listed  (make sure you see the mail symbol next to the name) 
  13. Click OK
  14. Click Save
  15. You can now select your email address as a One Touch option and scan a document to your email address
