How to set up webmail

  1. Go to portal.office.com and sign in with your first.last@lifelinechild.org
  2. Enter the temporary password that IT has given you and then create a new password
  3. Click on the Outlook tab at the top of the page to access your new email

How to set up Outlook

  1. Open up Microsoft Outlook on your computer
  2. When Outlook asks you for your credentials be sure to use your first.last@lifelinechild.org (even if it says first.last@lifelinechild.com) and the new password you created for Office365
